Aqualane Estates

This “West of the Trail” neighborhood is located on the intracoastal waterway directly east of Siesta Key on the mainland shore of Sarasota Florida. It is north of Stickney Point Road which is the southern entrance to Siesta Key, and south of Phillippi Creek and The Landings subdivision.

Lido Shores

Lido Shores features some of the finest waterfront homes in Sarasota. Many of these homes are located on the beach and have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Coral Cove

The Sarasota real estate development of Coral Cove is filled with many astute waterfront luxury homes priced as high as $4,000,000 although there are some interior properties available that dip to the low 300’s for those that value conservative purchases yet want to live in an ideal Sarasota waterfront community.
