Their floor areas range from 963 square feet to 1,509 square feet, with the smaller units designed with one bedroom and two baths and those larger having two bedrooms and two baths. The price points of these residences start from the around $300,000 and edge up to around $700,000.

Due to the impressive makeover of Dolphin Tower, sales activity could pick up further. As an indication of keen buying interest in this condo, a two-bedroom unit here with a living area of 1,320 square feet sold in March 2017 for $362,400 after just three weeks in the market for Sarasota condos for sale.

Its premier location and prestigious Gulfstream Avenue address surely contributes much too to the high marketability of units at the Dolphin Tower. It has all the hallmarks of a champion in walkability with its proximity to such downtown attractions as Marina Jack, Island Park, the historic Palm Avenue and the popular Sarasota Farmers Market.
